Founder and CEO Tony DeGonia envisioned empowering job seekers by creating tools and a platform to combat the challenges posed by AI-driven Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). These systems are often optimized to screen out candidates based on biased algorithms, resume formatting, keywords, and length of the resume document rather than qualifications and verifiable experience. Because of the biased nature of these systems, many of the best candidates are often left overlooked and frustrated.
